Taste
Deemed an extraordinary wine for the price by our sommelier, this delicate straw-yellow white wine appears clear with many slim legs. The intensity is high with caramel reflections. The aroma is fresh and green hinting of peaches and pineapple, with some fresh, stemmy, vegetative bouquet notes. The taste is crisp with rich mineral components and judged with hints of melon in addition to the peach and pineapple tones and with a trace of almonds. The aftertaste is consistent and leaves the same delightful fruit and nut sensations in the mouth.
